General pricing guidelines

Note: All pricing listed is negotiable, and dependent upon the client's needs.

Basic Web Presence Package:

The basic package to get your foothold on the Internet. Purchase of one domain (web site address), in the name of the client, and 1 year of hosting. Included in the initial price is:

Basic purchase of intial domain, in the name of the client.
Basic hosting of the website for 1 year.
General website design, to the clients specifications.
Disk space of 100 meg, 1 gig of bandwidth per month. (Additional space/bandwidth available)
Up to 10 e-mail addresses, choice of POP3 account or forwarded, with multiple e-mail aliases possible. (E-mail names that get redirected to a single e-mail account.)
Setup and simple lesson on uploading your own web pages to the server, if client wishes to maintain content themselves.
Logo design, if you don't already have one.
All custom graphics.
Listing with all major search engines.
Form mail, perl and cgi scripts available.
Raw logs on request, access to graphic logs upon request.
Backup of logo and original website design.

Price: $1,000.00 US. for first year
Additional hosting info upon request.

Executive Graphics Design Package:

Integration of logo design into printed materials, including, but not limited to:
Letterhead, envelopes, notepads, and mailing labels.

For an extra charge, additional possibilities include: CD labels and inserts; business card; flyers; Post-it® notes; car door labels; window clings; notebook cover inserts, etc. Note: Format must be stated upon initial contract negotiations, as this impacts the design limitations. Customers must consider if they want to be able to print these items themselves, or they intend a printing company to do it for them...

Price: $300.00 US

Demo CD-ROM Disk Package:

This is an auto-start HTML-based multimedia CD-ROM (both PC and Mac compliant) that contains the customers website and any additional content they wish, such as software, catalogs of goods, music/sound samples, resume, etc.

Additional Services Available:

Additional services available, upon request. Possible services include: custom Flash and Shockwave design; custom cgi scripting; multimedia and streaming media; customized/secured bulletin board service; advanced or additional graphics and logos; additional disk space for exceptionally large files/media; additional bandwidth; specialize photography; scanning services, access controlled and password sites; screensavers and wallpapers; PDF format documents, database intergration, SSL, shopping cart intergration, content mangement systems, and more...
